What django-platform-app collects when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Anything you type into a form on this site — typically a name, an email address, a phone number and your message — so that we can answer you.
If you place an order: the items, the delivery address you give us, and the status of the payment.
A session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your basket, and a cookie recording the language you chose. Neither identifies you to anyone else.
Ordinary web-server records — the page requested, the time, the browser's user agent and IP address — kept to run and debug the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors named below, who need it to do their job.
We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who else sees it
Payments are handled by PayPal, which receives what it needs to take the payment. We never see or store your card details.
Email we send you goes through an email delivery provider.
Where the site has analytics configured, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager records anonymised usage. If no analytics ID is set, nothing is loaded and nothing is sent.
How long we keep it
Messages and orders: for as long as we may need them to deal with questions, returns or accounting obligations.
Server records: a short rolling window, then they are discarded.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. These rights come from the GDPR and Cyprus data-protection law and do not depend on anything on this page.
